Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled CNC programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. You’ll program 2D features and complex 3D surfaces for plastic injection molds, set up and prove out jobs on Makino, Fidia, and DMG machines, and optimize feeds and speeds using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls.

With 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience and Tebis proficiency, you’ll contribute to a family-owned Tier 1 supplier culture, collaborate with peers, and advance through industry-specific

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of plastic injection mold manufacturing.
• Track record performing set-ups and running precision jobs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end CAD/CAM programming for 2D features and complex 3D surfaces; Tebis experience is a major plus.
• Set up, prove out, and run jobs on Makino, Fidia, and DMG machines.
• Operate with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls, optimizing feeds, speeds, and strategies.
• Apply laser tool setting and leverage machine macros to increase repeatability.
• Safely use overhead cranes and forklifts to stage and move work.
