Qualifications

• Prior experience operating CNC milling machines or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong basic math skills for measurement and calculations.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machining issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts to specification.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to maintain quality and performance.
• Make machine adjustments as needed during production runs.
• Perform in‑process and final inspections using measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records, part counts, and documentation.
• Work with team members to improve efficiency, workflow, and quality.

$18.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Experienced CNC Mill Machinist / Milling Operator wanted for a clean, stable precision manufacturing environment. Work with modern CNC milling equipment to produce high-quality precision components. $18–$30/hr plus full benefits.

Position Overview

Preci Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Milling Operator / Machinist to support our production operations. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting CNC milling machines to produce accurate, high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone with machining experience who takes pride in quality work, attention to detail, and maintaining safe and efficient operations.
