Milling CNC Machinist Position Summary

The Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.

Shifts Available

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm, with optional overtime on Fridays.

Sign-On Bonus

Available: $1,000-$5,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Milling CNC machines
• Perform quality inspections on completed parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines
• Complete tool changes

Qualifications

• Experience operating Milling CNC machines
• Strong math skills, preferably in shop math
• Understanding of GD&T
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience using microscopes
• Ability to read measurement tools like micrometers and calipers

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Experience with medical components or devices
• Experience with tight tolerances
• Programming and setup experience on Milling CNC Machines
• Troubleshooting CNC machines

Additional Information

We use chemicals in manufacturing, with periodic testing to ensure OSHA compliance. Salary range: USD $20.38 - USD $35.72/hr.
