Job summary

Nbutexas seeks a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our Windsor, CT team. You will set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts, reading blueprints and specifications for accurate results. The role requires G-code programming and strong attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree in machining or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with strong milling operations knowledge.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with G-code programming and CNC machine setup.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for accurate machining.
• Program CNC machines using G-code and related software.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure specifications are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
