Job summary

Dynomax, Inc. is growing and seeks an experienced 3-Axis/4-Axis CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift in our Components Manufacturing team, working with advanced precision CNC machines.

You should have CNC education or training, the ability to work in a team, and experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls, G-code programming, and fixture design. Aerospace, automotive, or tool/mold experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3-axis or 4-axis CNC machining.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Experience in Aerospace, Automotive or Tool/Mold sectors.
• Experience with alloys, stainless steel, titanium, or plastics.
• Advanced fixture design and setup capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis or 4-axis CNC milling machines.
• Interpret and program from complex blueprints.
• Develop and adjust fixtures for precision parts.
• Edit and verify G-code to meet tolerances.

We Are Looking For a CNC Machinist With

• Education or Training in CNC
• Ability to work with a team
• The CNC Machinist will have 3-Axis or 4-Axis CNC Machining experience; Vertical Milling
• Aerospace, Automotive or Tool/Mold
• Experience with Alloys, Stainless Steel, Titanium and/or Plastics
• Complex blueprint interpretations
• Advanced fixture design
• Machine Controls Fanuc orHeidenhain
• Able to Program or Edit G-Code
