Qualifications

• 4-5 axis CNC experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in setup and running lathes and mills.
• 2-3 years experience in CNC 5-Axis Milling Setup and Operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Machining Centers; setup ≈90% of role.
• Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers and processes.
• Work from blueprints to guide machining operations.
• Set up and run lathes and mills; select tools and set feeds/speeds.
• Inspect machined parts with precision hand tools.
• Maintain a clean shop floor; reorder tools as needed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; lift up to 70 lbs.
