Job summary

Nexxt Spine LLC in Noblesville, IN is seeking a CNC Mill Setup/Operator to set up and run the CNC Mill to machine metal and plastic parts. You will adjust the machine, deburr parts, clean equipment, and keep the workstation in good order.

Qualifications include a High School diploma/GED, 6+ months of experience, and a hands-on approach. Experience in medical device manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments is a bonus. Shifts available: 2nd and 3rd, Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Mill Program Engineer, the CNC Mill Setup/Operator will be responsible for setting-up and operating the CNC Mill to machine various metal and plastic parts.

Essential Job Functions:

• Understand and make machine adjustments to produce high quality parts.
• Deburr and clean parts for further process steps.
• Clean and maintain the CNC equipment.
• Other duties related to manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of shop tools and machines.
• Must be self-motivated to produce high quality parts.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Great dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and a strong desire to learn.
• Experience working in Medical Device and/or other FDA regulated manufacturing environments are a bonus.

Education and Experience:

• Must have minimum of a High School diploma/GED.
• 6+ months of experience.
• Set-up experience preferred, but not necessary.

Shifts:

2 nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:00PM, Monday – Friday

3 rd Shift: 11:00PM – 7:00AM, Sunday – Thursday
