Job summary

ETS in Vermont seeks a CNC Mill Setup specialist for an in-person, first-shift role in Williston. You will set up and operate milling machines, align fixtures, and document setups to ensure quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in aerospace/high-precision environments, strong G-code and GD&T skills, and are adept at collaborating with engineering on process improvements. This position requires on-site work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CNC milling setup, preferably aerospace/high-precision environments.
• Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machining principles.
• Proficiency in GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with tight-tolerance machining and training team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines following detailed work instructions and blueprints.

• Troubleshoot setup issues, tool wear, and machining errors to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate setup documentation and production records in compliance with industry regulations.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and uphold safety and 5S organizational practices.

Job Location: In-Person, $30-$35/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

An organization specializing in precision manufacturing for industrial and aerospace markets. They are seeking a CNC Mill Setup to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a CNC Mill Setup:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines following detailed work instructions and blueprints
• Install, align, and adjust fixtures and cutting tools to meet process requirements
• Troubleshoot setup issues, tool wear, and machining errors to ensure quality standards
• Maintain accurate setup documentation and production records in compliance with industry regulations

Your skills and experience:
