Job summary

ACE Partners in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned CNC Mill Programmer for a 5‑Axis Mazak on 1st Shift to drive aerospace and energy programs. You will review drawings, plan tooling/fixturing, and program from raw stock through finished part.

CAM programming in GibbsCAM, Fusion 360, or Mastercam; editor on Fanuc/MATRIX controls; support first-article inspection in an AS9100 shop. 3+ years CNC milling/programming; 5‑axis experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC milling/programming experience.
• 5-axis experience strongly preferred.
• Review drawings and CAD models to plan machining strategy and tooling.
• CAM programming with GibbsCAM, Fusion 360 or Mastercam; editor on Fanuc/MATRIX control.
• Support first-article inspection in an AS9100/ITAR environment.

• Set up and program a 5-axis Mazak vertical machining center from raw stock through finished part
• CAM programming in GibbsCAM, Fusion 360, or Mastercam; controller-side editing on Fanuc / Matrix control
• Machine across a materials range from oil & gas exotic alloys to aerospace-grade aluminum and 15-5 PH stainless, holding tight tolerances
• Support first-article inspection and documentation in an AS9100/ITAR shop
