Randstad USA in Hayward, CA seeks a Senior CNC Mill Programmer to create, optimize, and prove out complex 3- to 5-axis milling programs. The role requires hands-on CAD/CAM experience, GD&T knowledge, and deep understanding of metal-cutting parameters across materials.
Responsibilities include CAM programming with Mastercam/Esprit/Fusion 360, setup and prove-out, GD&T interpretation, tool and fixture design, process optimization, quality inspections, and shop-floor mentoring.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailed Senior CNC Mill Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team in Hayward, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and proving out complex 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling programs. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience in CAD/CAM software, knowledge of GD&T, and a deep understanding of metal-cutting parameters across a wide variety of materials.
