Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CNC mill operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience required, not just school training.
• Experience operating CNC mills specifically.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts as per specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as necessary.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision tools.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards and report defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow production schedules and communicate issues.
