Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machine Operator in a machining or high-tech manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow trust-based policies.
• Background in safety promotion and management.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented procedures for generating assigned production work daily.
• Loads fixtures and makes adjustments to processes as needed.
• Utilizes a microscope to inspect parts and identify quality issues.
• References blueprints to ensure jobs are processed in accordance with specifications.
• Monitors equipment to ensure it is in proper working order and recommends maintenance and repair.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
