Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Experience with precision parts in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Load tools, fixtures, and materials and verify setups before production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Make machine offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
