Job summary

Wieland Small Tube Products in Coldwater, Ohio is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to keep CNC machines running safely. You will perform routine upkeep, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and repair broken parts to reduce downtime. This role is fully on-site.

Starting pay is $29.31 per hour with a Monday–Thursday schedule, 5:00 PM–3:00 AM, and weekly pay. Candidates should have 2–5 years CNC maintenance experience, familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens or Okuma), and the

Qualifications

High school diploma; technical certificate preferred.
2–5 years CNC maintenance experience.
Experience repairing and testing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or Okuma) and basic PLCs.
Ability to work unsupervised and follow written and verbal instructions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Use manuals, technical documents, and vendor resources to research machine issues.
Identify and replace parts as necessary.
Complete testing and adjust parts as needed.
Perform planned and preventative procedures.
Respond to machine-down situations with urgency.
Other duties as required.
