Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 5+ years of machining maintenance experience, including Mazak/HAAS Bridgeport and Cincinnati CNC machines, plus strong hydraulics and electrical skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with five years of maintenance experience preferred.
Experience on Mazak, HAAS, Bridgeport and Cincinnati CNC equipment desired.
Able to read blueprints and schematics and follow manufacturer manuals.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on CNC production equipment daily, weekly and monthly.
Repair hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls and PLCs on multiple CNC machines.
Trouble test the operation of machinery to locate malfunctions and fix root cause.
Read blueprints and diagrams, follow lubrication charts and operation manuals.
Use alignment tools and assemble/replace CNC machine parts as needed.
Adhere to safety policies and perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
