Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience required in CNC maintenance and repair.
• Strong CNC controls experience, including FANUC, on the shop floor.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot FANUC CNC controls, alarms, I/O, servo systems and communication issues.
• Diagnose and repair servo motors, amplifiers, drives and encoders.
• Troubleshoot CNC electrical control circuits, relays, contactors, sensors and switches.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, machine I/O and control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, regulators and solenoids.
• Diagnose and repair ATC and other machine-tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot machine positioning, homing, overtravel, limit switches and axis-related problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections on CNC equipment.
• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
