Responsibilities

• Maintain CNC machines according to drawings, ensuring repeatability and tooling compatibility.
• Coordinate with external vendors to obtain components and equipment as needed.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects with other departments.
• Ensure safety compliance and perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and automated saws.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and staff.

CNC Maintenance Technician

Location: Corona, CA, US, 92879

Work Arrangement: On Site

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain CNC machines according to engineering drawings and understand dimensions as they pertain to repeatability, equipment capabilities, tooling, and scaled-up production.
• Dialogue with external vendors, as needed, to ensure that all necessary components and equipment are always available to keep production running.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and collaborate with other departments, as requested.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and automated saws.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and other staff as needed.
