WALCO Tool & Engineering is hiring an experienced CNC Maintenance Repair Technician to keep CNC machining centers and related equipment running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, read schematics, and perform preventative maintenance in a climate-controlled facility.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC or industrial maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC maintenance or industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machining centers.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and machine documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machining centers and production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.
• Repair machine components to minimize production downtime.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot PLC and CNC control systems.
• Perform machine adjustments and alignments.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase machine reliability.
• Assist with facility maintenance projects as needed.
• Work safely while maintaining a clean work environment.
