Job summary

Klune Spanish Fork is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate 3-5 axis CNC cells and standalone machines. You will perform basic setup, load programs and offsets, and use inspection tools to verify dimensions against prints.

Eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a $2.00/hr night differential on weekdays. Benefits include 401(k) match and medical/dental/vision coverage, with shift differentials for off shifts and a quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

• The ability to identify and correctly load and secure fixtures with minimal assistance.
• A working knowledge of G and M codes applied in setting and adjusting offsets and interacting with CNC programs.
• A working knowledge of shop math including tool geometry, positive and negative numbers, as well as basic geometry.
• The ability to read basic prints and apply basic dimensional specifications to inspection processes.

Responsibilities

This role is eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus!

Weekday Night Differential - $2.00/hr

The CNC Machinist operates 3-5 axis CNC machine cells as well as standalone machines, which requires basic machine setup including preparing and setting up fixtures and cutting tools, as well as loading and adjusting CNC programs and offsets. Ability to use quality inspection tools and techniques such as height and air gauges and bench inspection. Will have basic competencies in print reading and common CNC G and M codes

Required Skills:
