Job summary

At Work Cincy is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to assist with the setup and operation of CNC production machines or CNC saws to produce production parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role prioritizes accuracy and safety, with a starting pay of $18.75 per hour and a $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shifts. Training on 1st shift is offered to integrate new operators into our team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and use of power hand tools such as drills and saws preferred.
• Preferred experience in using measuring instruments including tape measures, calipers, or micrometers.
• Ability to follow safety rules and demonstrated knowledge of safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and operation of CNC production machines or CNC saws in accordance with documented procedures.
• Operate machines using best and safe practices.
• Must produce parts within required tolerances.
• Follow documented processes.
• Maintain a high degree of quality.
• Function as a team member and support other teams.
• Maintain accurate paperwork.
• Housekeeping/maintenance of work area and machinery.
