Job summary

Cambria is seeking a CNC Machinist to maintain, set up, calibrate and operate our CNC machines, shaping quartz stone with precision in a safety-driven environment.

You will read blueprints, load materials, run programs, perform quality checks, and maintain tooling and equipment. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work quickly, and commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read technical drawings and specifications with precision.
• Commitment to high production standards and QC procedures.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, materials, and maintenance.
• Ability to use basic measuring equipment.
• Basic computer, match and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, load materials, supervise cutting, and inspect quality to meet specs.
• Load and edit machine programs.
• Set up, operate, monitor and maintain CNC machines per SOPs.
• Operate overhead crane or vacuum lift to place slabs on CNC table.
• Complete daily safety inspections of equipment before use.
• Keep work area organized and clean to maintain safety.
