Job summary

You will independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot milling and turning equipment in a low‑volume, high‑mix environment, collaborating with engineering to deliver complex parts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years CNC experience, can read drawings with GD&T, and perform precision inspection.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes).
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines.
• Load, verify, and edit CNC programs (offsets, feeds, speeds).
• Select tooling, workholding, and fixtures for each job.
• Run first articles and transition to stable production runs.
• Perform in-process and final inspections and verify tolerances.
