A staffing agency in Tacoma seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to program and operate 3-axis vertical mills. The ideal candidate will manage the full machining process, from programming to running parts, with a strong emphasis on aluminum fabrication. Responsibilities include taking print drawings and running parts while using Mastercam for CNC programming. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). This is a full-time position at the mid-senior level.

Formación

• Strong understanding of Mastercam, G-code machining fundamentals, and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to independently take a print drawing and deliver a finished part that passes inspection.
• Experience machining aluminum parts on 3-axis vertical mills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently program, set up, and run parts from raw material through finished product.
• Take print drawings and plan machining processes.
• Create and edit CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Optimize programs for accuracy, surface finish, and efficiency.
