Lancaster Parts & Equipment is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our growing department in Lancaster, PA. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision agricultural components.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of one year of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship in a family-oriented, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience programming and operating CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision agricultural components.
• Select tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Produce first-run and short-run parts that meet exact specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Optimize machining processes to improve quality and production efficiency.
• Work with engineering and production teams to solve machining challenges.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area.

• Pay: $80,000-$100,000/year, DOE
