Aries Electronics, Inc., an electronic connector manufacturer located in Bristol, PA, is hiring a reliable and productive CNC Machinist / Programmer. This position is available for full‑time, part‑time, or semi‑retired machinists/programmers. The role is first shift (7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday‑Friday) with overtime opportunities as needed.
• Create and edit CNC programs using CNC CAM software, with a preference for FeatureCAM; other programming software is acceptable.
• Manually edit/write programs at the CNC controller when required.
• Safely set up and operate Vertical CNC Machining/Milling Centers (Haas DT & MiniMills, Bridgeport) and perform preventive maintenance.
• Machine engineering‑grade plastics, aluminum, copper, and some stainless steel.
• Produce tight tolerances and very small details/features.
• Create tooling and fixtures when required.
• Control raw material and tooling inventory and coordinate with purchasing to replenish inventory.
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, gauge blocks, pins, visual inspection equipment, and basic math skills.
• Read and interpret blueprints/detail drawings.
Pay based on experience and ability to meet specified requirements.
