Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year hands-on experience in a professional machine shop.
• Proven experience with surface grinding and O.D. grinding.
• Advanced proficiency in blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Configure and operate a variety of machine shop equipment.
• Optimize machining workflows for efficiency.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and materials.
• Calibrate machining parameters for quality.
• Execute inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Document production data accurately.
• Maintain a clean workspace adhering to EHS protocols.
