Ideal candidates have 2+ years of CNC machining experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with blueprints, GD&T, and metalworking with steel, stainless, and aluminum. DOE compensation $25-$35/hour with long-term career potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Knowledge of feeds, speeds, tool paths, and CNC programming fundamentals (Helpful).
• Experience with GD&T (preferred).
• Knowledge of SolidWorks/Mastercam (Helpful).
• Ability to read blueprints and hold tight machining tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi axis equipment).
• Perform offsets, tool changes, fixture adjustments, and precision measurements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gauges, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot machining problems and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all shop safety procedures.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
