Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to edit programs for CNC equipment.
• Good understanding of blueprint reading with regards to machining diameters (ID & OD) surfaces and simple shapes.
• Must be able to machine parts to specified tolerance and use micrometers & depth micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust machining equipment to produce precise metallic components.
• Coordinate with engineers and production teams to resolve machining problems.
• Select tools, align fixtures, and set speeds/feeds for production runs.
• Verify dimensions using micrometers, height gauges and gauge blocks.
• Maintain safe operations and perform routine preventive maintenance.
