Job summary

Farrar Corporation in Kansas seeks a Machine Operator to safely run CNC DMG-Mori and Okuma equipment in our production area. You will monitor machine performance, perform quality checks, and maintain production targets while adhering to safety procedures.

Starting pay is $18–$24 per hour with training provided; hours are 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNC training or certifications welcomed.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC DMG-Mori and Okuma milling and lathe machines; drill presses, grinders, etc.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and output.
• Monitor production, ensure quality checks, and report issues to supervisor.
