Job Description

We are seeking a machinist familiar with turning machines. Sets up and operates a variety of machines in machine shop, including but not limited to; milling, turning, drilling, grinding etc. Able to work to close tolerances working from drawings with little or no guidance.

Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 10pm-6:15am

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines)
• Load programs, install tooling, and set work offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and supervisors to improve processes

Experience & Education

• Previous manufacturing experience (3+ years)
• Willingness to learn
• Experience with tight tolerances and high-precision parts
• Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience

The range of pay for this role is $22 to $33 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.

• Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year.
