Job summary

MMI Engineered Solutions is seeking a driven CNC Operator/Machinist to support tooling and manufacturing operations in Saline, MI. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment used to manufacture and repair injection mold tooling and components.

The position requires reading blueprints, using precision measurement tools, and following safety procedures. Hours are Monday–Friday, 6:45am–3:15pm, with potential overtime to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with mold tooling or injection molding environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CAM software and CNC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and drill materials.
• Manufacture tooling and components using CAD drawings and specifications.
• Load machining programs and modify programs to improve production efficiency.
• Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and routine maintenance.
