Qualifications

• Strong blueprint-reading skills.
• Experience with CNC mills and lathes.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges).
• Experience making tool offsets and troubleshooting CNC machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal mills and CNC lathes.
• Load, verify, and run CNC programs while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and resolve setup or tooling problems.
• Move and position large workpieces safely with overhead cranes.
