Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Machinist III for 1st shift at Downers Grove, IL. On-site role requiring experience with multi-axis CNC lathes and mills, including NTX setups. A high school diploma and 3+ years in machining are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and proficiency operating multi-axis CNC lathe and CNC mill machines, with intermediate setup knowledge (preferably NTX).
• High school education or equivalent.
• Must be reliable with good attendance.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience and knowledge of machining principles for CNC tools.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints in English.

Responsabilités

• Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, cards and instructions.
• Machine and install or re-cut chuck jaws as required.
• Insert and secure tooling in machine turrets and perform machine setups.
• Download and upload programs and make minor adjustments.
• Operate CNC controls to manufacture finished parts within tight tolerances.
• Inspect own work and assist others; document results in ERP.
• May operate multiple machines and rotating departments.
• Enter data into ERP system.
• Load/unload part components up to 25 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.
