Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Experience with close tolerances and varied metals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions.
• Perform difficult CNC work including progressive machining of parts and different metals.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets and adjustments as needed.
• Ensure product quality with operator owned quality (OOQ) standards and measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and PM schedule.
• Follow GMP/GDP documentation practices and complete job routers/cards.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Record activities in the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
