Responsibilities include setting up CNC lathes, mills, and Swiss-style machines, editing programs, debugging processes, and ensuring parts meet tight print specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of CNC machining experience, including machine setup and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience editing CNC programs and making machine adjustments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production documentation and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and Swiss-style machines.
• Edit CNC programs and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and technical drawings.
• Inspect machined components according to blueprint specifications.
• Record inspection data and production documentation accurately.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and TPM activities.
• Work with stainless steel, nitinol, nickel alloys, and other specialized metals.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support root-cause analysis and process optimization.
