Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of CNC experience, live tooling in 3‑axis and 5‑axis setups, and familiarity with Mastercam or similar CAM software; ISO9001/AS9100 environment experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus an Associates Degree and related experience.
• 5+ years of CNC programming, setup and operation in mills/turning centers.
• Ability to read 3D drawings in print and CAD/CAM; modify as needed.
• Experience with live tooling in 3-axis and 5-axis machines is a plus.
• Experience in ISO9001/AS9100 environments.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and turning centers with live tooling.
• Read and interpret 3D drawings and CAM files; modify as required.
• Communicate requirements clearly, prioritize tasks, and assist the team.
• Support Machinist I and other team members to meet deadlines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with possible overtime when needed.
