Position Summary

The CNC Machinist II performs intermediate to complex machining and programming, with full proficiency as a CNC Machinist I. Enthusiasm for skill development and problem-solving is essential.

Essential Functions

1. Perform complex machining activities
2. Advise or assist less experienced machinists
3. Modify programs for efficiency
4. Design fixtures for work holding
5. Determine surface finishes
6. Program/setup multi-axis machines
7. Apply lathe concepts for efficiency
8. Identify process improvements
9. Perform Machinist I duties
10. Other duties as assigned
