KARL STORZ North America is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist in Massachusetts. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC equipment including lathes, mills, and Swiss-style machines to produce precision medical device components.
In this role you will read blueprints, edit CNC programs, perform inspections to print specs, and participate in Lean and TPM initiatives to improve quality and efficiency. Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday.

Working in a fast‑paced, regulated manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for performing machine setups, editing CNC programs, inspecting parts to blueprint specifications, and ensuring products meet stringent quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced machining technologies and exotic materials while contributing to the manufacture of precision medical device components.
