Job summary

TECOMET is seeking a CNC Machinist II to produce precision components for medical and aerospace applications in Groveland, MA. You will set up and operate CNC mills or lathes, read blueprints and GD&T, and maintain tight tolerances on complex parts.

You will select tooling, set offsets, adjust feeds and speeds, and perform in-process inspections with precision gauges while adhering to safety standards, 5S, and quality procedures in a regulated, engineering-driven environment.

In this role, you will set up and operate CNC mills or lathes, interpret blueprints and GD&T, and maintain tight tolerances on complex parts. You will select tooling, set offsets, adjust feeds and speeds, and perform in-process inspections using precision gauges. Working in an engineering-driven, quality-focused environment, you’ll follow regulated procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices while contributing to continuous improvement and reliable delivery for critical OEM customers.
