Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining and programming in production or job shop.

• Strong G-code / M-code knowledge and tooling selection.
• Blueprint/GD&T reading and precision measuring.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machinery using Fusion 360 and G-code.
• Set up, prove out, and operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Interpret 3D CAD models, blueprints, GD&T and work instructions.
• Select, install, and optimize tooling, fixtures, feeds and speeds.
• Monitor machine performance, simulate CAM toolpaths and edit G-code as needed.
• Inspect finished parts with precision instruments.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality throughout production.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
