WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Belton, MO. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay range of $30.00–$40.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, measure parts, and ensure quality per ISO 9001 standards. We offer an employee-owned environment (ESOP), a competitive benefits package, quarterly bonus potential, and opportunities for overtime.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of related machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and gauging instructions.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC mills, lathes and other machinery to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections to meet quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with ISO quality requirements and safety.
• Machining from raw stock or welded materials; keep equipment clean and maintained.
