Job summary

WB Industries in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce custom parts, working on a variety of projects for aerospace, industrial and commercial customers.

Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol programming is a huge plus. We offer up to $40 per hour with overtime opportunities, a strong benefits package including Medical PPO and HSA, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce custom parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T callouts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce custom parts
• Machine parts to tight tolerances while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T callouts
• Make adjustments and troubleshoot machining issues as needed
• Support fabrication and aerospace-related machining work
• Inspect parts using standard measurement tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with other machinists, supervisors, and quality as needed
