MISUMI USA in Dayton, OH seeks a CNC Machinist to set up and run CNC mills and lathes for custom tool and die components. No programming experience is required. Work five 8‑hour shifts with potential OT on weekends.

You will coordinate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot machining issues, verify parts meet specs, and use precision measuring tools to ensure quality. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience on CNC mills or lathes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no sponsorship).

Responsabilités

Summary

CNC Machinists will be required to set-up and operate CNC machines to manufacture custom-ordered tool and die components. No programming experience is required. Machinists will be required to work five 8‑hour shifts with possible OT on weekends.

• Responsible for setting up and operating various computer numerically controlled machines to perform machining operations.
• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls required.
• Works with engineers, production personnel, programmers or others to resolve machining problems and product issues.
• Verifies conformance of finished work‑piece to specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 1 year experience on CNC mills or lathes.
• Must be familiar with and be able to use precision measuring equipment.
• Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
