Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Burbank, CA is seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist II/III to set up and operate CNC Mills and/or Lathes. The role focuses on producing high-precision aerospace components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience for mills and/or lathes
• Experience on 4- to 5-axis CNC Lathe and Mills
• Knowledge of inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) and GD&T
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills/lathe per work orders and blueprints
• Validate material and maintain specifications; ensure quality
• Troubleshoot wear and adjust processes to maintain part tolerance
• Document procedures and communicate actions across shifts
• Adhere to safety standards and production deadlines
