Shape Technologies Group in Baxter Springs is seeking experienced CNC machinists to join our precision manufacturing team. The role focuses on setting up and operating Citizen Swiss, MA500 and Haas EC-1600 machines, with emphasis on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Expect a Monday-Thursday shift, starting pay at $25.50 per hour plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, four-day work week, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates will read blueprints, adjust offsets, and inspect parts to spec.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years setting up and operating specified CNC/manual machines.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and specifications.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection processes.
• Strong attention to detail and safe manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC and manual machines.
• Perform complete machine setups including tooling and offsets.
• Adjust speeds/feeds to optimize production while maintaining quality.
• Read drawings and inspect parts to ensure conformance.
• Document results and collaborate to improve processes.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
