Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Buffalo, NY is seeking an experienced Senior CNC Machinist to lead advanced machining operations. You will operate HMC/mill-turn/grinder/balancer machines, ensure safety and quality SOP adherence, and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic team.

Strong troubleshooting, mentoring, and cross-functional communication are essential. We value hands-on leadership and the ability to resolve complex process issues while supporting pilot runs and new setups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics.
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, setups, and precision adjustments.
• Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
