Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering in Mason, OH seeks an experienced CNC machinist to set up, operate, and edit programs across multi-axis machines for precision aerospace components.

The role requires reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools to ensure conformity, with responsibility for tooling, deburring, and basic adjustments. ITAR compliance and clean, safe work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNC training or equivalent experience preferred.
• CNC machining experience with G & M code knowledge required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Basic math and trigonometry skills.
• Manufacturing experience required; aerospace experience preferred.
• Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Okuma controls is a plus.
• Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements.
