Job summary

TennMax America is seeking a CNC Machinist for 3- and 4-axis milling in the Vancouver, WA area. This role supports day or swing shifts and includes a benefits package with health, retirement, and insurance options.

You will run and set up mills, optimize programs with the programming team, perform routine maintenance, and keep a clean, safe workspace. Qualified candidates have 3 years of CNC mill experience, familiarity with CAM software, the ability to read drawings, and work with tight

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with CNC mills.
• CAM experience is a plus.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and traveler paperwork.
• Knowledge and ability to work with close tolerances.
• Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs. and occasionally 60 lbs.
• Eligible to work in roles subject to U.S. export control regulations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Setup and run 3 and 4 axis CNC mill machines.
• Work closely with programming to optimize programs for future production runs.
• Machine maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
• Follow all safety and quality requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years' experience with CNC mills.
• CAM experience is a plus.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and fill out traveler paperwork.
• Knowledge and ability to work with close tolerances.
• Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift 60 lbs.
• This position involves access to export controlled information. Employees must be eligible to work in roles subject to U.S. export control regulations.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

TennMax moved into a new facility in the Vancouver area at the junction of I-5 and I-205 and we are only 4 minutes off of the highway.

The building has been updated with a new shop floor, cafeteria (with free snacks) and newer CNC mills.
