Endurance Lift Solutions in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Machinist to join our oil and gas manufacturing team. The role focuses on CNC operations using 2- and 3-axis lathes and 4-axis mills, with emphasis on safety and efficiency to meet production standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of independent setup and troubleshooting on CNC equipment, a high school diploma or GED (CNC cert preferred), and a willingness to train others. Work may include overtime based on demand.

• Edit CNC programs and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the machining process.
• Inspect finished work using precision measuring tools to verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintain and clean machines and work areas, and assist in training new operators as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed beyond the primary job scope

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Join our team as a Machinist! We’re an oil and gas manufacturing facility looking to strengthen our team with a talented machinist who values safety and efficiency. This position requires 3-5 years of CNC operating experience with 2 and 3-axis lathes as well as 4-axis mills, and it provides opportunities for career advancement.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Set up and operate various CNC machinery, specifically 2 and 3-axis lathes and 4-axis mills, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Work from work orders, drawings, and instructions to produce finished products.
• Edit CNC programs and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the machining process.
• Inspect finished work using precision measuring tools to verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintain and clean machines and work areas, and assist in training new operators as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Machinery Involved: This role includes working with 2 and 3-axis lathes and 4-axis mills.

• Type of Controls: Machinists will primarily operate using Fanuc or Mazatrol controls.
• Work Schedule/Shift: The schedule typically requires overtime when the full department is working; overtime is voluntary when only selected machines are needed, as operators are cross-trained.

Requirements

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

• High School diploma or GED; a CNC machining certificate is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of independent setup and troubleshooting experience on CNC equipment.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be able to successfully pass a drug test and background check as part of the employment process.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• General warehouse environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.
