This is a full-time, on-site CNC Machinist role based in Sparta, NJ. The CNC Machinist will CNC machines, set up tooling and fixtures, and operate milling and machining equipment to produce precision aerospace components to tight tolerances. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, performing machine set‑ups, and monitoring production runs for accuracy and efficiency. The role also involves performing in‑process inspections, making necessary adjustments, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues. The CNC Machinist is expected to follow established safety and quality procedures and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
